Be highly proficient in the use of ICT systems, supporting the strategic and operational needs of the academy. Work well under pressure, maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Exhibit a flexible approach to working patterns, adapting to the demands of a dynamic and growing organisation.
