As a key member of our finance team, you will:
Partner with school leaders to provide expert financial guidance and strategic support.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across multiple secondary academies.
Deliver insightful financial analysis to drive decision-making and resource optimisation.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and trust-wide policies.
Act as a trusted advisor, helping schools balance educational priorities with financial sustainability.
What Weβre Looking For
A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or finalist with relevant experience.
Proven track record in financial business partnering, ideally within education or public sector.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
A collaborative mindset and the confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders.
