About the Role You will work closely with teachers to support students in and out of the classroom, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment. The role includes: Supporting pupils with learning activities and classroom engagement Working with students with additional needs, including SEN Promoting positive behaviour, confidence and independence Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom organisation Helping students to achieve their individual learning goals What Weβre Looking For We are seeking someone who: Enjoys working with children and young people Has strong communication and teamwork skills Is patient, supportive and adaptable Has good literacy and numeracy skills Holds an NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent experience) Experience of supporting students with additional needs is desirable but not essential.
