We are looking for someone who has:
A calm, empathetic approach, with a genuine passion for
working with children;
The ability to
learn, apply & reflect on taught skills / strategies to support the
child achieving their targets;
Experience of
working with children, particularly those with social & emotional or
additional needs;
Positivity
and the ability to be flexible when problem solving;
Good communication
skills with staff/external professionals/ parents;
