We are looking for a teacher who: • Is a practising Catholic or someone who will strongly support the Catholic ethos of the school • Has a passion to teach and a love of learning • Has a drive to be outstanding and have high expectations for all pupils • Challenges and motivates all pupils to raise achievement • Is a team player and excellent communicator, with good organisational skills and the ability to build positive, collaborative relationships with colleagues • Enables children to learn through a creative delivery of the curriculum • Will become fully involved in the wider life of the school • Has experience of teaching phonics or a commitment to professional development in this area
