Interviews: TBC What you'll be doing: Teaching Assistant Working closely with the class teacher, SENDCO, and Headteacher to support learning in a variety of settings- from one-to-one and small groups to the whole class. Helping children access the curriculum and thrive in their learning , building both their skills and their confidence. Playing an active role in nurturing the emotional, physical and educational development of every pupil. Supporting children with a wide range of needs, using creativity and patience to help them succeed. MDSA Putting out tables and benches. Supervising and support lunches being eaten in the dining hall. Supervise lunchtime play on the playground and field, encouraging positive interactions and dealing with incidents. Wipe up and clean tables and the hall floor, putting away benches and tables. Keeping children safe throughout lunchtime.
