St. Leonard’s Primary School is offering the opportunity for an
experienced office services manager to join our growing school. Our school
office is at the heart of our school and we need someone who has the passion
and skill to keep everything running smoothly!
St. Leonard’s Primary School is a popular, growing school that currently
has over 240 children on roll and a Governor run Nursery. The post will provide
the successful candidate an opportunity to be part of our growth story in the
next chapter of St Leonard’s journey and development.

The successful candidate will:
Be highly organised and able to run an efficient office, setting
up systems to support this. An excellent communicator and able to build positive relationships
with parents, staff, pupils and our wider school community. Be able to work effectively, flexibly and supportively as part of
a team where no two days are the same. Be prepared to participate in all aspects of St. Leonard’s school
life.
Regular tasks and duties include, but are not limited to:
Oversee school
reception working alongside our administration apprentice; Operate school
email systems and other communications; Manage school
registers, producing reports and monitoring for trends and patterns; Operate the
school MIS, SIMS; Manage data returns; Co-ordinate educational
visits; Process
Safeguarding and health and safety procedures; Produce school
letters, newsletters and update school website; Support with marketing and promotion of the school including via
social media; Manage school
orders, invoices and income; Maintain the school financial position within the governor agreed
budget; Manage the
administration of the Out of School Club and Nursery provision; Administration of staff and pupil absence; Maintain confidential staffing records (paper
and online) including payroll and the management of the Single Central Record
in line with Ofsted Safeguarding requirements.
