Teacher of Science/Subject Leader (dependent on experience)

Fulbrook is seeking to appoint a passionate and enthusiastic Teacher of Science/Subject Leader. The successful candidate will: Produce high-quality teaching plans and supporting resources; deliver high-quality lessons in science; support (or Lead) in developing a great curriculum with engaging learning and formative assessments; to secure the highest levels of learner interest and achievement; to monitor and support the overall development of pupils as a form tutor. The Science Subject Leader, will be responsible for the strategic development of the department including. You will be coordinating and managing the work of the science team, taking a lead role in identifying any underachievement and ensuring appropriate strategies are put in place to address this across the school.
