About the Role Lead the lesson delivery, ensuring it reflects our school values and commitment to inclusive education. Teach small groups of pupils in a nurturing, supportive environment, while facilitating successful integration into mainstream classrooms. Design and deliver a therapeutic and personalised curriculum, using trauma-informed approaches to prepare children for the challenges they face. Collaborate with the Assistant Headteacher and SENCo to ensure inclusion remains at the heart of everything we do. Build strong partnerships with parents, carers, and external professionals. We are looking for someone who: Is an experienced and reflective practitioner with a strong background in supporting pupils with special educational needs. Holds QTS and has at least five years of teaching experience (essential). Has training or experience in trauma-informed approaches or similar practices (essential). Holds, or is working towards, a SENCo qualification (desirable). Can model and promote excellent inclusive practice across the school (essential).
