As a result of this, staff actively engage in and take responsibility for continuing their own professional learning and regularly lead or are involved in research projects and staff professional learning. This focus on development of staff has led to many taking on additional responsibilities within Chipping Sodbury School or moving on to promotions at other institutions; this is something we really value. As a school, we passionately believe in learning for all and are committed to not only developing our students, but all who work within our community and therefore, you will be supported with your professional development.
