Teacher of Art

We are seeking to recruit a Teacher of Art with Photography at Newquay Tretherras Newquay Tretherras is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, creative and skilled Teacher of Art with Photography to join our successful and committed Art & Design team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate practitioner who can inspire students, nurture creativity and contribute to high-quality outcomes across the Art and Photography curriculum. The successful candidate will be able to teach engaging and well-sequenced lessons that develop students’ technical skills, visual literacy, confidence and creativity. They will have strong subject knowledge in Art and Photography, high expectations of all learners, and a genuine commitment to helping every student achieve their potential. This role would suit an excellent classroom teacher who is keen to contribute to a thriving department and the wider life of the school. Experience of teaching Photography, or the confidence and enthusiasm to develop this area further, would be desirable.
