The Governors are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, motivated teaching assistant to join a talented, creative and caring team of professionals. We are looking for someone who will: Have experience supporting children with SEND, particularly pupils with autism and communication and interaction needs Support learning across the primary age range Have high expectations of children’s achievements and personal development Be able to work effectively with colleagues as part of a team Fully support the Catholic ethos of the school Be willing and able to support the inclusion of pupils with a range of needs, adapting approaches to meet individual learning, sensory and social-emotional needs Demonstrate patience, empathy and an understanding of strategies that support autistic pupils to thrive in school At St Marie’s we can offer: A warm and welcoming community A professional team of people who are dedicated, work as a team and are supportive.
