The role is as initially a temporary teaching assistant to support the learning and development of pupils across the classroom, including leading work with small groups and supporting the needs of individual children 1:1 within and outside the classroom. The successful candidate will be expected to provide general classroom and wider school support, working alongside the teachers to enhance the delivery of the curriculum, manage resources and support learning. Experience of working within a school environment is essential and experience of delivering small group interventions would be an advantage. Applicants should state any further areas of expertise they may be able to bring to the role. This position will be part of our support staff and will involve supporting across the school and nursery when needed, starting as soon as possible.
