Adaptive Curriculum Design:Experience weaving adaptive teaching strategies directly into an ambitious, cohesive, and cumulative curriculum. High-Aptitude Coaching:A proven history of delivering high-quality Professional Development (CPD) and coaching expert educators to adapt instruction without lowering the cognitive bar. Community Engagement:Experience bridging the gap between school, families, and external agencies, ensuring SEND students are visible, active leaders in public project showcases. Data-Informed System Leadership:Experience utilising adaptive systems and data tracking to ensure interventions for vulnerable subgroups are fluid, timely, and impactful.

Mastery of Adaptive Teaching:Deep expertise in cognitive science, knowing exactly how to help a student with dyslexia or executive dysfunction debate complex ideas alongside their peers. Metacognitive Instruction:The ability to build self-regulation frameworks, teaching studentshowto learn and actively reflect on their own progress. Strategic Resource Management:The skill to deploy Teaching Assistants not as "velcro helpers" who hinder independence, but as strategic facilitators of deep learning.
