Youβll be expected to: Champion safeguarding and pupil, staff, wellbeing Plan and deliver inspiring activities. Manage staffing levels and maintain ratios. Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and professionals. Create a positive team culture, supporting staff development and training. Assist with the administration required to run the club effectively. Drive continuous improvement and high-quality provision. Cover both Before and After School Clubs, and Holiday Club (actual shift pattern TBC).
