About the Role This permanent EYFS/ Key Stage One teaching post offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a phase that is central to early learning, foundational knowledge and the development of confident, independent learners. The role involves: Delivering high‑quality teaching through well‑structured planning, assessment and responsive instruction Ensuring strong progress for all pupils through effective use of assessment for learning and adaptive teaching Working collaboratively within a supportive, solution‑focused team, including joint PPA time that enables shared planning and curriculum consistency Contributing to a rich, engaging and ambitious curriculum that reflects our school values and high expectations Participating in our wide‑ranging CPD programme, aligned with both school priorities and your professional aspirations Engaging with regional and national networks to stay connected to current educational research and best practice Supporting the wider life of the school through pastoral responsibilities, enrichment activities and community engagement Upholding the highest standards in safeguarding, behaviour and professional conduct This role is ideal for a teacher who is reflective, committed to continuous improvement and passionate about securing excellent outcomes for young learners.
