This is a key leadership role within the school, responsible for ensuring that all pupils with SEND receive high-quality support and achieve their full potential. You will work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies to develop and implement inclusive practices across the school. SENCOs play a vital role in shaping SEND strategy and improving outcomes for pupils, often working as part of the senior leadership team This position is available on either a full-time or part-time basis. The full-time role encompasses both SENCO responsibilities and PPA cover across the school. However, for the ideal candidate, a part-time contract focusing exclusively on the SENCO role will be considered.
