Support the school’s Christian ethos.

positive and productive relationships with pupils, parents and staff.

Be passionate about teaching and learning, and including knowledge

of evidence-based pedagogy

Respond proactively to parental concerns

relating to any aspect of pupil learning, teaching and pastoral care of

pupils.

Be committed

to the provision of pupils with SEND, including liaison with external

professionals and the school’s SENDCo.

Have an interest in or experience in curriculum subject leadership

and leading improvements across aschool.

Have experience or knowledge of delivering the curriculum to Key

Stage 2 children.
