Deliver engaging, inclusive, and ambitious lessons that enable all pupils to achieve their full potential. Plan, assess and adapt learning to meet the needs of all learners. Maintain high expectations for behaviour, achievement, and personal development. Build positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues. Deliver high-quality PPA cover, ensuring continuity of learning and consistently strong classroom practice. Contribute positively to the wider life of the school and support our shared vision and values. Work collaboratively with colleagues to continuously improve outcomes for children. β We're Looking For Someone Who: Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Has recent Year 1 / KS1 class teaching experience. Has a strong understanding of effective primary teaching and learning. Demonstrates excellent classroom practice and a commitment to high standards. Has the flexibility and confidence to work across different year groups. Builds positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues. Is reflective, proactive, and committed to their own professional development. Shares our commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
