Deliver engaging, inclusive, and ambitious lessons that enable all pupils to achieve their full potential. Plan, assess and adapt learning to meet the needs of all learners. Maintain high expectations for behaviour, achievement, and personal development. Build positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues. Deliver high-quality PPA cover across a range of year groups, ensuring continuity of learning and consistently strong classroom practice. Contribute positively to the wider life of the school and support our shared vision and values. Work collaboratively with colleagues to continuously improve outcomes for children. ✅ We're Looking For Someone Who: Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Has a strong understanding of effective primary teaching and learning. Demonstrates excellent classroom practice and a commitment to high standards.
