We are looking for someone who: Shares our values of Aspire, Believe and Succeed Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant Level 6 qualification or equivalent Has experience working with children in an educational setting, including within a primary school environment Has experience supporting pupils with SEND in a mainstream classroom Demonstrates excellent classroom and behaviour management skills Has a strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching and learning practices Uses assessment and pupil progress data effectively to secure excellent outcomes Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children Builds positive relationships with pupils, parents, colleagues and the wider community Is passionate about professional development and improving outcomes for all learners
