We are seeking to appoint an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant who is committed to supporting the learning of students to join our dedicated team at Beckfoot Heaton Primary. In particular, we are looking for someone with experience in supporting children with complex needs, especially cognition & learning and autism. The successful candidate will lead the teaching and learning in our specialist provision, supported by the Deputy SENCo. You will work alongside teaching staff to support learning, promote inclusion, and help all students to achieve their full potential. You will build strong relationships, model our values of Growth, Commitment, Integrity and help create a calm, safe and purposeful learning environment. This is a permanent, full time role, where you will be working 37 hours per week, Term Time Only. Working Pattern: Monday - Tuesday, 8.00am - 4.30pm, Wednesday - Friday, 8.00am - 3.30pm.
