Magna Learning Partnership is a thriving Multi Academy Trust serving Salisbury and the surrounding area. With seven primary schools, three secondary schools, and a sixth form college, we support over 4,700 students and employ over 600 dedicated staff. We are now seeking a proactive and organised Administrative Assistant to join our busy Commercial Team, supporting essential services including home-to-school transport and school lettings. About the Role This is a varied and dynamic role, perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will play a key role in ensuring our transport and lettings services run smoothly, supporting both operational and administrative processes. Youβll work closely with the Commercial Manager and Lettings & Activities Manager, helping to deliver vital services that support students, families and the wider community. Key Responsibilities Respond to parent and customer queries relating to school transport, bus hire, and lettings Chase outstanding payments, including failed direct debits Provide administrative support to bus drivers and lettings staff (e.g. timesheets) Assist with vehicle checks and maintenance scheduling Record transport journeys to support invoicing processes Support management of the lettings booking system, including compliance checks and risk assessments About You Weβre looking for someone who is: Highly organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage changing priorities Confident in delivering excellent customer service, while also handling complaints and payment queries professionally Comfortable working independently and using initiative IT proficient, with experience using spreadsheets, email, and online systems A strong communicator, able to write clear and professional correspondence Committed to safeguarding and the wellbeing of children and young people Please see the attached application pack for further details.
