We

are seeking a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) who shares our commitment to

improving children's lives and holds high expectations for themselves,

colleagues, and pupils.

The

role involves providing essential in-class support, leading targeted

interventions to drive rapid academic progress, and actively fostering

excellent behaviour for learning. The ideal candidate is proactive, possesses

effective communication skills, and demonstrates a genuine passion for working

with children. Prior experience in a school setting is desirable.
