About the Role: We are looking for a Class Teacher who brings strong, proven classroom practice and a commitment to high‑quality teaching and learning. This role is ideal for a teacher who can establish a calm, purposeful and inclusive learning environment, underpinned by clear routines and consistently high expectations. You will bring a thoughtful, proactive approach to classroom management and be confident in using a range of positive strategies to promote excellent behaviour for learning. You will be well supported by senior leaders and colleagues, with regular opportunities for professional dialogue, shared reflection and assessment moderation. We value collaboration and professional trust, ensuring staff feel supported whilst maintaining clear ownership of teaching and learning within their classroom. A clear understanding of inclusive teaching is essential. You will be adept at identifying and responding to the diverse needs within your class, including pupils with SEND, adapting teaching to ensure all children are fully included, supported and appropriately challenged. You will work closely with colleagues, support staff and families to ensure every child is able to thrive throughout their learning journey.
