Support Staff β SWAN Grade 3.3 (Β£25,133 FTE), Permanent Contract Working Hours - 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 3.30pm β Term time only (37 weeks) Salary - FTE is Β£25,133, Actual is Β£18,514 per year We are seeking to appoint enthusiastic, flexible, skilled and motivated Support Staff. The successful candidate will be hard working, show initiative, have a good sense of humour, work well as part of a team, have excellent literacy and numeracy skills and be willing to undertake any necessary training.
The right candidate should:
Preferably have previous experience of working with children.
Have good literacy and numeracy skills β GCSE grade C or above desirable.
Be enthusiastic, resourceful and understanding, with a positive outlook.
Be able to deliver support programmes in small group or 1:1 situations.
Be able to deliver supportive strategies for pupils with specific difficulties mainly linked to learning and other related needs.
