DSLV Primary School is seeking an experienced and dedicated KS1/KS2 Class Teacher to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that inspire and challenge all learners. You will bring strong classroom practice, effective behaviour management, and a commitment to raising attainment. We are looking for someone who builds positive relationships with pupils, staff and families, and contributes to a creative, supportive school environment. Key responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging, high quality teaching across the KS2 curriculum ensuring good progress for all pupils Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes high expectations, curiosity and good behaviour Assess, record and report on pupil progress, using data to inform teaching and targeted support Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners including SEND and EAL Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and carers to support learning and well being Pay range: MPS - Β£32,916.00 - Β£45,352.00 Qualifications and Skills: Qualified Teacher Status Effective classroom management Good knowledge of primary teaching strategies Ability to assess pupil learning accurately Strong communication and teamwork skills What are we about?
