The David Ross Education Trust is seeking a highly organised, professional and proactive Personal Assistant to provide high-quality operational and administrative support to Trust Directors. About the role This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator or PA who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working at senior level, and takes pride in delivering efficient, confidential and high-quality support. You will play a key role in helping our directors manage competing priorities, maintain effective systems and ensure the smooth running of executive support across the organisation. You will provide wide-ranging support including diary management, meeting coordination, document preparation, correspondence handling, travel arrangements and minute-taking. You will also support project coordination, Trust-wide events, and day-to-day office administration. The post will require occasional UK-wide travel. Full time, permanent position We are looking for someone who: Has experience supporting senior leaders in an administrative or PA capacity Is highly organised, with excellent attention to detail Can manage competing priorities and work proactively to deadlines A high level of literacy with excellent written and verbal communication skills Is confident handling confidential and sensitive information Has strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Builds effective working relationships and maintains a professional, courteous approach at all times Experience of minute-taking, diary management and coordinating meetings and travel is essential. Experience in an education or multi-academy trust environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
