The Role As Reception Class Teacher, you will: Create a warm, purposeful and enabling environment that supports curiosity, independence and wellbeing Plan and deliver high-quality teaching and continuous provision grounded in strong EYFS pedagogy Use observation and assessment responsively to shape learning and next steps Work collaboratively with colleagues across school and Trust to ensure coherence and consistency Build positive relationships with families and communicate children’s progress clearly What We Offer A supportive, collegiate staff team Dedicated planning time and professional dialogue High-quality CPD through school, Trust and wider EYFS networks Opportunities to develop subject leadership and contribute to Trust-wide projects A caring, inclusive school community with a strong sense of belonging EYFS Lead Opportunity For the right candidate, this role offers the exciting opportunity to lead our Early Years provision, with a TLR 2.1 payment of £3,527.
