Our school is part of the Blackdown Education Partnership, we believe
that our schools should sit at the heart of our communities; that there are no
limits to what our children and young people can achieve; and that they should
be great places to work and learn.
We are incredibly proud of our Trust and the schools within it. Strong
partnerships, collaboration and generosity are the bonds which underpin our
collective mission to provide great education for all children no matter what
their starting point or their background.
The
Castle School
requires an ambitious and dedicated Attendance Officer to support
students in achieving their full academic potential by promoting excellent
attendance.
We welcome
candidates with transferable skills from other industries or backgrounds. If you have relevant strengths such as
communication, attention to detail and a willingness to learn, then we would
love to hear from you. Full training
will be provided.
This isn't a
back-office role. You'll be a visible, proactive presence, and a key figure in
ensuring our students unlock their full potential. You'll be engaging directly
with students, parents, and staff, driving positive change and celebrating
every attendance triumph.
This is an interesting and varied role, based in the heart of the school
in the Pastoral Hub. Weβre looking for
someone who is highly organised with excellent administrative skills, with
proven knowledge of Microsoft packages.
Youβll need to be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal,
with strong attention to detail, and ideally have experience of working in a
busy office or a school environment.
