As a Cover Supervisor, you will lead classrooms and maintain a positive learning environment during short-term teacher absences. You will also play a key operational role by collaborating with HR to coordinate daily staff cover. We are now looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor within our Support Team who share our core values which are set out clearly in the job description. The ideal candidate Good educational background with excellent written and oral communication skills Experience of subject background and working within the education sector Knowledge of using different IT software such as Microsoft Office, Email interpersonal skills to communicate effectively and professionally with staff, students, parents and outside agencies. Positive and enthusiastic approach with the ability to work within a team as well as on own initiative.
