About the Role We’re looking for a dedicated, approachable, and highly organised Operations Manager to join our leadership team, following the promotion of a valued colleague. This is a role that truly matters; You’ll be the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes, ensuring that our teachers can focus on teaching and our students can focus on learning. You’ll oversee the day-to-day running of our school operations, from HR and finance to facilities, health & safety, and administration, and play a crucial role as the key liaison between the Academy and the Trust’s central experts. You’ll make sure communication flows seamlessly, that policies are applied consistently, and that the academy benefits fully from the specialist support within the Great Schools Trust. You’ll work closely with the Principal and senior team to ensure our systems are efficient, compliant, and, above all, people-centred.
