About the Role The successful candidate will: Teach English across Key Stages 3 and 4 Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons Support students’ academic and personal development Maintain high expectations for achievement and behaviour Contribute to the wider life of the school, including pastoral responsibilities and extra-curricular activities Work collaboratively with colleagues to raise standards and outcomes for students About You We are looking for a candidate who: Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Has strong subject knowledge and a passion for English Can inspire and motivate students of all abilities Has excellent classroom management skills Is committed to inclusive education and high expectations for all learners Works effectively as part of a team and contributes positively to school life Applications from both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers are welcomed.
