About the role

Lime Trust is a Multi Academy Trust formed of 9 schools over 11 locations across Peterborough, the London Boroughs of Havering and Waltham Forest and Luton. We have grown to include four primary schools, four all-through special schools and one secondary special school, with 2588 pupils and over 750 employees. The Trust has also added an additional week's closure making the school holidays 14 weeks per academic year. We are a small but effective team offering a wide range of HR services. This is an exciting opportunity for two HR Advisors (one based in London and one in Peterborough) who could be at different stages of their development, to join us in delivering a professional service. You will be part of great team with a fantastic opportunity to enhance your skills working on innovative projects and developments across the full scope of HR. The successful candidate will have: - CIPD Level 5 in HR (minimum) or equivalent - Good working knowledge and experience in HR - The ability to confidently advise Managers on all HR related matters with practical solutions, recommendations and good judgement - Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and applicants must be willing to undergo Child Protection screening, including checks with past employers and an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
