Key responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging, high quality teaching across the KS1 or KS2 curriculum ensuring good progress for all pupils Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes high expectations, curiosity and good behaviour Assess, record and report on pupil progress, using data to inform teaching and targeted support Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners including SEND and EAL Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and carers to support learning and well being Pay range: M1 - M6 - £32,916.00 - £45,352.00 32.5 hours per week Permanent Qualifications and Skills: Qualified Teacher Status Effective classroom management Good knowledge of primary teaching strategies Ability to assess pupil learning accurately Strong communication and teamwork skills What are we about?
