The role The Headteacher and governors are seeking to appoint an adaptable, nurturing and resourceful Higher Level Teaching Assistant who will put children at the centre of everything they do. The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers to support learning across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. They will support individuals, small groups and whole classes, and will also be required to cover classes when needed. The role will include supporting children during lunchtime as part of our commitment to their wellbeing throughout the school day. This is a varied and rewarding role for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, can respond flexibly to the needs of pupils, and is confident helping children to achieve their best.
