The successful candidate will: Have a genuine desire to become a highly skilled Early Years practitioner. Be committed to completing a Level 3 Early Years Apprenticeship, including training requirements and independent study (up to 20 months). Demonstrate enthusiasm, positivity and a love of outdoor learning. Have high expectations of children's behaviour and be able to model positive language, social skills and high standards. Be keen to support children in reaching their full potential within a nurturing and inclusive environment.
