looking for an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and dedicated teacher to join our
successful and supportive vocational team. This is an exciting opportunity for
an ambitious practitioner to deliver engaging vocational lessons that inspire
students and develop real-world understanding and practical skills. The role will involve
teaching Health & Social Care and Child Development courses across Key
Stage 4 and Key Stage 5, helping students explore topics including health,
development, care practices and early years education. You will play a vital
role in supporting students as they prepare for further study, apprenticeships
and careers within these rewarding sectors. As a teacher within the
Social Sciences department, you may also be expected to deliver across a range
of other subjects, working with subject specialists to support the wider
curriculum. We are looking for a teacher
who can inspire students, promote a love of learning and deliver high-quality
lessons that enable all learners to achieve their potential. The successful
candidate will have strong subject knowledge and the ability to engage students
through dynamic, inclusive and industry-relevant teaching. What the role involves in a nutshell: To deliver high quality
curriculum provision through effective teaching and learning of Social Sciences To carry out the professional
duties of a qualified teacher as identified in the DfE Teachers’ Standards Set appropriate and demanding
expectations for students’ learning, motivation, and presentation of work. Set high expectations for
student behaviour to create a purposeful working atmosphere and a safe and
respectful classroom environment that supports the learning of all pupils. What
