Skills and QualificationsEssential Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Experience of teaching within Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2. A strong understanding of effective teaching and learning strategies. Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment. High expectations for pupil achievement, behaviour, and personal development. The ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all learners. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Desirable Experience of teaching in a faith school setting. Experience of supporting pupils with SEND and adapting provision to meet individual needs. Experience of using assessment data to monitor progress and inform planning. Experience of leading or contributing to wider school initiatives.
