The Role As a Teacher of Science at STFS, you will: Deliver a broad and engaging Science curriculum across Key Stages 3 and 4 Teach GCSE content confidently and support students in achieving strong outcomes Create dynamic, inspiring lessons that ignite curiosity and foster a love of learning Use assessment effectively to track progress and support the needs of all learners Maintain high expectations of behaviour and cultivate a positive learning environment Contribute to the development of schemes of learning, resources and enrichment activities Play an active role in department and wider school life, including extracurricular opportunities What Weβre Looking For We are keen to hear from candidates who: Hold a degree in a relevant subject and Qualified Teacher Status Have strong subject knowledge across KS3 and KS4 Science Can inspire, challenge and motivate students of all abilities Are reflective, enthusiastic and committed to continual professional development Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents Share our commitment to safeguarding and supporting every child to thrive Why Join STFS?
