Skills and QualificationsEssential Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification. Experience of teaching within a secondary school setting. Desirable Experience of teaching in a faith school setting. Experience supporting pupils with SEND and adapting teaching to meet individual needs. Experience using assessment data to monitor progress and raise attainment. Experience contributing to curriculum development or wider school initiatives.
