Desirable Previous experience working with children in a school, nursery, youth work, childcare, or voluntary setting. Experience supporting children with SEND or additional learning needs. Knowledge of effective behaviour management strategies. Basic literacy, numeracy, and ICT skills. Relevant qualifications in childcare, education, or teaching support (although these are not essential). Personal Qualities The successful candidate will: Be warm, enthusiastic, and approachable. Qualifications No formal qualifications are required for this role; however, relevant experience working with children and/or qualifications in education, childcare, or learning support would be advantageous.
