at Headteacher or Deputy Head level. demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills be a good relationship builder with the ability to connect with

parents, staff, pupils and the wider community be able to lead, develop and inspire a high achieving team

promoting teamwork and leadership at all levels have a proven record of successfully implementing initiatives to

raise standards have a passionate commitment to inclusive education have the ability to establish a supportive and caring environment

in which staff and pupils can flourish
