We are looking to appoint an Administrative Assistant to join our dedicated and successful school. This is a fixed-term cover from 1 September 2026 for up to 12 months for a substantive office assistant who is covering office manager's maternity leave. The role is part-time, 18.5hours per week, on a term time only basis. Please note, this cover might finish sooner if the post holder decides to return early from maternity leave for whatever reason. About the role As Administrative Assistant you will: Have experience of working in a busy office. Have excellent personal, administrative, and organisational skills. Be able to plan and prioritise own workload, meeting set deadlines. Have the ability to maintain a calm, positive and professional manner at all times. Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.
