About the Role As Chief Executive Officer, you will: Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Trust and it schools. Ensure the Trustβs vision, values and inclusive ethos are embedded throughout all aspects of its work. Drive continuous improvement in educational outcomes and school performance. Lead organisational development, people strategy and culture across the Trust. Oversee financial sustainability, governance, compliance and risk management. Champion high standards of safeguarding, inclusion and pupil wellbeing. Develop effective partnerships with Trustees, school leaders, staff, families and external stakeholders. Ensure robust systems and structures are in place to deliver both immediate priorities and long-term strategic objectives. About You We are seeking a highly experienced and credible leader who can demonstrate: Significant senior leadership experience within a Multi-Academy Trust, education organisation or comparable setting. A strong track record of delivering educational improvement and organisational success. Excellent strategic leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Expertise in governance, finance, HR, organisational development and school improvement. A commitment to collaborative leadership and developing high-performing teams. A passion for inclusive education and improving outcomes for all children and young people.
