Has the ability to support and challenge our amazing children, whilst nurturing and meeting their needs and learning behaviours to prepare them for their future learning journey. Will be able to lead a curriculum subject across the school. Will promote collaboration, partnership and meaningful links with all members of our community. Is flexible in their approach, open to new ideas and must be a team player who is passionate about teaching.
