Early Years Educator Apprentice (Level 3)

Key Responsibilities
Under the direction of teachers and early years professionals, you will:
Support the care and development of nursery children, including those with additional needs.
Assist with the preparation of resources and the organisation of nursery rooms.
Help with tidying, cleaning, and maintaining a safe learning environment.
Engage children in purposeful play, learning experiences, and physical activities.
Support children's personal, social, and emotional development.
Supervise and interact positively with children, encouraging good behaviour and social skills.
Help create an environment where effective learning can take place.
Work in accordance with nursery and school policies and procedures.
Take responsibility for your own health and safety and that of others.
Apprenticeship Details
Position: Early Years Educator Apprentice (Level 3)
Duration: 24 months
Training Provider: Skills England / East Lancs Learning Group
Training Delivery: Rolling enrolment
Hours: 42.35 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:45am β 5:50pm
Essential Requirements
GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/Grade 4 or above (or equivalent).
A genuine interest in working with young children.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
