About the role

Our Lady and All Saints Catholic Multi Academy CLASS TEACHER (M1-M6 £32,916 - £45, 352) Fixed Term Maternity Cover until the start of April 2027 subject to budget review Our Lady of Compassion Catholic Primary School Start Date: 1st September 2026 Our Lady and All Saints Catholic Multi Academy Company (“the MAC”) was formed in April 2021 and currently comprises of 12 Catholic Primary Schools and 2 Catholic Secondary Schools across the Birmingham, Solihull, and Warwickshire areas. The Directors of Our Lady of Compassion Catholic Primary School, part of Our Lady and All Saints MAC, are seeking to appoint a dynamic, innovative teacher to join our team. Our Lady of Compassion is a welcoming school where all staff work tirelessly and care hugely for our wonderful children. We are looking for someone who is professional, engaging and self-motivated, with a passion for education, who is eager to contribute to the spiritual and academic development of the children in our school. The successful candidate will Show commitment to promoting the Catholic ethos of our school Have a current knowledge of the national curriculum Be an excellent classroom practitioner who will motivate and excite our children Have high expectations of the children Be able to inspire children to learn and demonstrate high quality teaching Be skilled at using assessment to inform planning, setting challenging targets for pupils and be able to accurately track pupil progress Be motivated and have good organisational skills. Be able to plan and deliver imaginative, fun lessons which enable children to reach challenging targets Be committed to working as part of a team, taking a full part in the life of our school Be able to motivate others and create an effective learning environment Be committed to working with parents and the community Be committed to promoting the Catholic ethos of our school.
