About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students who benefit from a more personalised, supportive, and structured approach to learning, helping them to build confidence, resilience, and academic success as they transition through Key Stage 3. You will: Plan and deliver engaging, adaptive lessons in English and/or Humanities to KS3 students within the Thrive to Accelerate group Support students with diverse learning needs to close gaps in knowledge and develop core literacy and thinking skills Foster a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment that promotes progress, independence, and self-belief Use targeted interventions and assessment strategies to accelerate student outcomes Work closely with pastoral teams, SEN staff, and families to provide holistic support About You We are looking for someone who: Is a qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with strong subject knowledge in English and/or Humanities Has experience (or a strong interest) in working with students who require additional support to access the curriculum Demonstrates excellent classroom management and the ability to build positive relationships Is reflective, resilient, and committed to inclusive education Shares our high expectations and belief that every student can succeed About Wembley High Technology College Wembley High is a high-performing, inclusive school with a strong reputation for academic excellence and student support.
