We are looking for a passionate Teacher of Humanities to develop, plan and deliver effective and high quality learning experiences for all students, ensuring progression is central to all lesson plans and giving our students the confidence to think big for themselves as they progress through our academy. Key responsibilities: Deliver inspiring and knowledge-rich Humanities lessons that spark curiosity, develop critical thinking and empower every student to understand the world around them. Plan and adapt an ambitious, inclusive curriculum that reflects our academy’s high expectations and celebrates diverse narratives and perspectives. Use assessment and feedback effectively to track progress, identify gaps and ensure all learners feel supported, challenged and able to succeed. Create a positive and engaging classroom environment built on strong relationships, mutual respect and a commitment to exceptional behaviour for learning. Contribute to the wider life of the academy through collaboration with colleagues, enrichment opportunities and active promotion of our values and community ethos.
